I'm Engagement Manager at Hearken.

Previously I was Audience Projects Editor at Condé Nast International where I supported audience growth by sharing knowledge and best practice between editorial, data and product teams of the CNI's portfolio across eleven countries.

I am part of the ONA's 2018 Women’s Leadership Accelerator.

I head up audience growth for the international Vogue sites.

I'm a visiting lecturer at City University, teaching the social media module on the MA in interactive journalism

Prior to joining Condé Nast International in April 2017 I was the London-based audience development editor for The Wall Street Journal.

I love working at the edge of content industry innovation and building the passionate and diverse teams who make such innovation possible.

My career has taken in founding, growing and selling the digital content commissioning platform NewsFixed, cutting my editorial and content product teeth at the BBC World Service and The Hindu Newspaper Group in India and most recently spearheading an organisational shift towards consumer facing augmented reality content for British tech unicorn Blippar.

I’m a London-based journalist for Quartz, where I write about energy, environment, climate change and the future of work. I also cover UK politics, strange things about society, and swimming. Previously, I worked at The Wall Street Journal where I wrote about oil and renewables. When freelance, I wrote for The Economist and and the Guardian as well as other newspapers in the UK, Netherlands, Germany and Ukraine.

Alongside journalism, my first novel is in development, and I'm working on a television pilot.
